In Year 2 this week, the children have been learning about the lives of famous aviators. They were split into research teams and then asked to find out facts about their aviator to share with the class. The children researched; The Wright Brothers, Aida de Acosta, Bessie Coleman and Amelia Earhart and then wrote their facts down on large pieces of paper. They then shared their facts with the rest of the class.  The children are excited to learn more about Aviation and Aviators when we go to Brooklands in November.
