KS1 Panathlon

Congratulations to our athletes from KS1 who represented King's Oak at a borough competition this week.  They had to take part in a wide range of activities that involved throwing, hitting targets, speed, balance and coordination.  They scored a huge tally of points and as you can see are incredibly proud of their medals.  Well done to everyone who took part.

Dickerage ParkPlay

We are delighted to announce the launch of Dickerage ParkPlay, a FREE, weekly community activity starting at Dickerage Sports & Community Centre, in partnership with Achieving for Children, on Saturday, 10th May at 12:30 PM.

ParkPlay is two hours of fun, active play for all ages, and everyone is welcome.

About ParkPlay:

  • Sessions are delivered in partnership with Achieving for Children, experienced in running inclusive community activities.
  • Safeguarding is a priority – all ParkPlay leaders are trained, DBS-checked, and first-aid qualified.
  • Participants only need to register once, after which they can easily sign in using a QR code. The registration link can be found on the attached flyer.

I really hope that many of our families will be able to access this great resource and I look forward to hearing how it goes.
