PSA Summer Fair

A huge thank you to the PSA and all the volunteers who helped at the Summer Fair last Saturday and to everyone from our community who came along to join in.  It was a fantastic community event with so many fun activities to take part in. The prize stalls, inflatables, craft stalls, refreshments, community police and splat the teacher were all very popular.  We were also lucky to have presentations from our dance club and taekwondo club - they were brilliant. The atmosphere was wonderful and despite the heat, the feedback from visitors was excellent - well done everyone!

Classes 2025/2026

I am pleased to be able to share with you the class allocation for the academic year 2025/2026.  The children will get the opportunity to spend some time with their new teachers next week and before the end of term to support with transition to their new year group.

Polka Theatre

Polka Theatre is looking for children and young people who have a passion for theatre to collaborate with them to create the best children’s shows and have a say in how Polka is run.

Younger Voices (5–7yrs), Young Voices (8–12 yrs) & Polka Grads (12+ yrs) are Polka’s three unique ambassador schemes involving children and young people at every stage of creating the work that is made for them.  Members will have the opportunity to participate in a range of workshops, watch rehearsals, review our productions, share views and opinions with creative teams and much more!

This is an incredible opportunity for anyone interested in theatre and creative arts.  To apply, simply fill in an application found on their website;
https://polkatheatre.com/event/young-ambassador-scheme-events/

They also have a Young Ambassador Information and Meet & Greet session at Polka Theatre on Thursday 17 July at 4 - 5.00pm where children and families can meet members of the Polka team and hear information about the scheme. To book a place click here:
