Year 3 Forest School
Despite the rainy weather and very muddy conditions, Year 3 have had a great time at Forest School over the past two weeks. They have had fun making play equipment with ropes, creating artwork, decorating trees and making bird-feeders out of fruit. Hopefully the weather will be a bit drier and brighter for the next sessions in March!

Lock Down Drill
Following on from our recent fire drill, this week we practised the process for our lock down procedures. We talked about it in assembly on Monday and looked at this example of a school in the US that had a false lockdown based on a cat sighting - very appropriate given that we have so many cats on site at the moment! The children all behaved brilliantly and followed the rules and guidance to ensure that they were safe and secure in the school buildings.
OT Coffee Morning

Wishing everyone a very positive and restful half-term break. School starts back on Monday 23rd February for the final five weeks of the Spring Term before the Easter Holiday - cannot believe that we are already half-way through the school year!
