Anti-Bullying Week
Next week in school we will be celebrating Anti-Bullying Week - the theme this year is Power for Good. The children will be discussing this in class and in assemblies and the week starts with Odd Socks Day on Monday. Please encourage your child to participate in this activity if they would like to. The day sends an important message that we should all be allowed to be ourselves, free from bullying and helps us celebrate Anti-Bullying Week in a fun and positive way.

School Water Bottles
Thank you to everyone for ensuring that your child has a reusable water bottle in school every day so that they can stay healthy and hydrated. Please can you ensure that the bottles provided are either plastic or metal and not glass - we have had an incident this week with a smashed glass water bottle which can cause an injury risk for all the children. Thank you for your support with this.
PSA AGM
This morning we held a successful PSA AGM in school and I am pleased to be able to let you know that the committee were all unanimously re-elected into their roles. This will mean that for the next year our PSA Committee will be:
Brenda Baker - Chair
Kerry Bere - Treasurer
Cordelia Reeve - Secretary
We heard from the Chair's report about all the amazing events that took place over the past year and from the Treasurer's report could see how successful the fundraising has been, how many school requests for funding have been met and how healthy the bank balance looks for future funding requests.
As you will have seen from previous newsletter editions, there are lots of future PSA events planned - if you are able to support at any of them, I know that the committee will be very appreciative.
ECO Refill Shop - King's Oak Refill Rescue
