Christmas Performances
Our Christmas performances kicked off this week in fantastic style with a brilliant show by our Reception classes. They were very confident on stage and showed great skills with their singing, acting and dancing. The rest of the school shows are next week - please remember that we only have space for each family to attend one performance per child and that we cannot accommodate the whole extended family, friends and neighbours! If you can please comply with this request, it will make the whole experience better for the children and the audience - thank you.
PSA Elfridges
Thanks to the PSA for the amazing Elfridges shop that the children had the chance to visit this week. The feedback from the children was incredible and they seemed very pleased with their brilliantly wrapped gifts. Hopefully they have all made it safely underneath your tree and that the recipients will be as happy as the children were with the whole process.
Save the Children - Christmas Jumper Day
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday. The children looked great in their colourful jumpers and we have raised nearly £250 to send to Save the Children.
Newsletter Readership
From the newsletter readership prize draw in the newsletter last week we had 49 entrants into the prize draw! I am hoping that this means we get more than 49 weekly readers but some people chose not to enter the prize draw! Thank you to everyone who entered - the winner has been selected at random today and has had an email about the prize. Please look out for further competitions for prizes hidden in the newsletter - and please encourage others to read the newsletter each week too! We need to get more coverage than the current numbers show so that we can ensure that everyone knows what is going on in school!
Teen Life Programme
