Fire Drill

Your children might have already told you about the fire drill that took place on Thursday morning.  We have to regularly practice our fire evacuation plans to ensure that all the systems are working, the children know what to do and where to go to ensure the safety of everyone in the school.  It was an incredibly impressive test with all children making excellent behaviour choices - there was a calm exit from the building and the children waited quietly and patiently for all the registers to be taken and for the all clear to be announced so that the children could return to class.  I will ensure that their brilliant attitude towards the fire drill will be rewarded in assembly on Monday but please thank them for being such a responsible member of our community.
