Bookings are made through your Arbor account via the app or on the website.

Reminder about world book day next Wednesday
As you are aware, next Wednesday 4th March, we at King’s Oak are celebrating World Book Day! All of our teachers are planning exciting activities centred around the love of reading and our themed book series Little People, Big Dreams by Maria Isabel Sanchez Vigara.
Throughout the day, children across the school will explore stories of real people who started life just like them and went on to achieve incredible things. These books celebrate perseverance, creativity, courage and ambition, and we will be using them to inspire reading and discussion, writing and creative activities from Reception through to Year 6.
As previously mentioned, in order to help bring the stories to life, children are invited to dress up as a real person featured in the Little People, Big Dreams series. You do not need to buy the book. There are also many of the books on Youtube that you and your child may want to look at before making their choice.
As always, participation is optional, and children are very welcome to come to school in their normal uniform if they prefer.
Also a reminder that our Reading Ambassadors will be holding a Book Swap for KS1 and 2 during the day so please send your child in with any books they no longer want to swap for a new book.
We look forward to seeing and learning lots about your child’s chosen character!
