KS2 Panathlon

Huge congratulations to the fantastic team of athletes from KS2 who represented King’s Oak at the borough Panathlon tournament this week that took place at The Kingston Academy. They competed against eight other schools and took part in a range of sporting events including bowling, basketball, football, curling and throwing activities. They all worked well together as a team and came away as the silver medal winners - what a great result!

Parent Governor Vacancy
Please note that we currently have a vacancy for a new parent governor. Information from the board of governors will be coming out soon with details about the role and the application and selection process. Please use this time to think if this might be a role that you would consider or if you can think of another King's Oak parent that you would like to nominate! Further details will be out soon, I very much hope that we can find a candidate to take on this important role in supporting the school.
I hope that you all have a great weekend and enjoy some Mother's Day celebrations and fun.
