What a wonderful day Reception spent at the Holly Lodge centre in Richmond Park. The children saw wildflower gardens, allotments and woods. They did really well following instructions and answered so many questions about plants and nature. We were all very proud of them. Hopefully you have seen their basil plant they planted to take home by now, they were in disbelief that they could keep the plant! 

Thank you to all the adults who supported the trip by giving up their own time and thank you to those of you that were willing to attend also. We really do need your support to take the children on these special visits.

Next week we will be looking at the story Pirates Love Underpants and in maths focusing on number bonds in and beyond 10.
