Pre School

Problem Solving

This week the children have been taking an interest in puzzles. There are many benefits to puzzles. They are a great way to develop children's thinking skills and capture their interest. By completing puzzles, the children were learning about shapes and colours and we encouraged speech through labelling.

In our mud kitchen, the children made a café and we enjoyed spending time mixing and stirring using the kitchen utensils. We worked together to make mud pies and cakes for each other. The children then decorated their creations using sticks and leaves.

Lastly, Pre-School would like to wish you a wonderful summer and we look forward to welcoming you back in September.
