This week, we have been enjoying the story “Wow! Said the Owl”. The children loved joining in with the story and learning all about the wonderful colours in the world around us. We have been talking about our favourite colours and spotting them in the classroom and outside.

To continue our learning, the children had lots of fun making their own playdough using different resources. They experimented with colours, textures and shapes; it was a fantastic hands-on way to get creative and explore!

We also went to the school library this week. The children each chose their favourite book to take home and share with you. Please remember to return these books next Wednesday, so we can swap them for new ones.

It has been a wonderful week full of learning, discovery and fun. We are so proud of how curious and enthusiastic the children have been!
