In Year 3 English, we have been reading the story Mouse Bird Snake Wolf. The children focused on understanding the sequence of events and how the story develops from beginning to end.

Through drama activities, the class acted out key moments from the story. This helped them to remember the order of events and think carefully about what happened first, next and last. The children enjoyed bringing the story to life and showed great engagement.

Following this, the pupils wrote a short summary of the story. They worked hard to include the main events in the correct order.
