This week our new children had their first experience of going to the library. We are so proud of how well they walked down to the hall and followed the rules of the library. In the library, the children had a free choice of a range of books to share with their friends or read individually. Before we left the library, we listened to a group story and the children have chosen a book to share with you at home. Please return it each Wednesday. 

Also, this week, the children have really enjoyed playing in the role-play kitchen, we have been encouraging language by labelling food and the children have been making lovely food for the teachers. This allowed us to work as a team, share ideas and learn to take turns. 

Next week we will be reading Rabbits Nap, a story of a tired rabbit who can’t get to sleep and is trying to find somewhere to nap.
