In Blossom Green, we have started our topic of volume and capacity. We have been learning what full, half full and empty means. We have been filling up water bottles to show our understanding. We have also been starting to sort pictures into full, half full and empty. We are beginning to learn how to use measuring jugs and measuring in millilitres (ml).

In Blossom Red, we have been continuing our topic of number. We have been learning how to use known facts to find 100. We have been using dienes and answering missing number questions. We have also been learning how to solve word problems using our number knowledge.
