This week in art we have continued to learn all about francophone artists. We have chosen an artist to research and then presented our findings in the form of a fact file. We have compared each artists’ style of work, including impressionism and realism, as well as considering how each piece of artwork makes us feel and why. From this, we have focused on the artist, Souleymane Keita and have planned an autobiographical fact file in French. 

Next week we will: 

• Be presenting our findings of the characteristics of groups within the animal kingdom in science, 

• Exploring good habits and how to keep them in PSHE, 

• Creating a short sequence of balances and rolls in gymnastics, 

• Planning a blog in English.
