This week, we were very happy to see Year 4 back in action! We had a fantastic time making our very own Victorian soup. The children practised a range of skills, including chopping, dicing and peeling various vegetables.

Unfortunately, the soup didn’t quite turn out as expected (for 4TH) because a little too much water was added—but we had lots of fun nonetheless!

Next week, we will be turning this experience into a set of instructions in writing. We will be focusing on using imperative verbs and time conjunctions as part of our English learning.

Please continue to practise times tables at home, as the multiplication test is coming up soon. It is also important to make sure you have signed up for swimming.
