What a fantastic first week back we have had in Year 5! It has been wonderful to welcome the children back with such enthusiasm and excitement for the year ahead. This week, we have been getting to know one another and celebrating what makes each of us unique and special. The children have enjoyed writing all about themselves, sharing their interests, favourite things, talents and the qualities that make them who they are. We have been incredibly impressed by their creativity, confidence and thoughtful writing. To celebrate our fantastic first week, we transformed our work into a beautiful flower display. Each child’s writing is represented as a flower in our Year 5 garden, creating a colourful display that celebrates our individuality and reminds us that, just like flowers, we all have our own strengths and can grow and flourish together. It has been a brilliant start to Year 5, and we are already so proud of the children. We cannot wait to see them blossom throughout the year!
