Year 1 have been building on their excellent momentum from last week. In this week's maths lessons, we have been learning how to partition the number 5 in different ways and to show these different ways using a part-whole model. This strengthens our understanding of basic number facts before moving on to numbers up to 10.

Just as a brief notice, 1Fs will be going on a visit to St John's church on Kingston Rd on Friday 9th October. Please could all parents and carers check that they have given permission for local visits on Arbor. Thank you.
