Guided Reading
As this week was anti-bullying week, we have incorporated anti-bullying themes into each day. In English we have edited and improved our anti-bullying leaflets and have produced a final copy. We have applied our knowledge of a range of punctuation including colons and bullet points to convey our message successfully.
On Monday, we had Victor from Chelsea football club begin PSHE workshops about discrimination. As part of this, we designed football shirts to encourage diversity and acceptance within sport. In our PSHE lessons we have begun to explore the issue of ‘am I normal?’ by exploring other children’s stories of disabilities and how it affects their lives.
