In Blossom the children have been reading the story - The Last Stop on Market Street by Matt de la Pena. In this story a young boy and his grandmother take a weekly bus ride where they discover beauty, music and magic in their urban surroundings. To help the children to sequence the story they created Freeze Frames and acted out the key parts, which helped them to put the story in order and identify the main parts. The children thought carefully about their facial expressions and body positioning.
