Last Friday Year 1 had a very successful visit to the Alric Avenue allotment site in New Malden. The association very kindly donated seeds, pots and compost to help us do some planting while we were there and this week we have been monitoring their growth. As you can see from the photo, which was taken just five days after planting, their progress has been very impressive. We intend to keep monitoring the growth of our bean plants until near the end of term, when we will be able to take them home and hopefully plant them. Who knows, you might be able to grow some new plants from your bean!
