Photos are from the DT lesson in which children were constructing a paper copy of their planned Three Little Pigs house and an English drama lesson, where the children were acting out scenes from the Three Little Wolves and the Big, Bad Pig. 

In English, the children have been learning about using verbs, nouns and adjectives in their sentences to make them more interesting. We have also recapped expanded noun phrases. Next week, we start our new book, Harvey Slumfenburger's Christmas Present by John Burningham. It's a lovely Christmas story and hopefully the children will enjoy reading it. 

In maths, we have looked at repeated addition and multiplication. We have also been recapping number bonds to help them recall their number facts faster. 

Both 2AC and 2RK reached 50 whole class party points and celebrated their hard work with a party this afternoon.
