This week, Year 2 have been working hard across all subjects and have produced some excellent work.

In maths, children have been focusing on subtracting numbers from a multiple of ten and crossing ten. 

In English, the children completed their final piece of creative story writing inspired by the books we have been reading together in class. It has been lovely to see their imagination and creativity shine through their writing.

In art, the children finished their work inspired by the artist Paul Cezanne. They created clay fruit sculptures on Monday and later painted them.
