This week in Year 2, we have been thinking about how transport has changed over time in our history lessons. The children have also started learning about changes in aircraft over the years. They are excited to be able to see real aircraft on our Science Museum trip on the 19th November. In groups, children also researched significant figures from aviation history. 

In English, we started reading 'The Three Little Pigs' and, as well as learning the story, we have continued working on expanded noun phrases in our writing. We will continue with this story next week. In maths next week, we will be learning addition and subtraction from a 2-digit number.
