This week we have been learning the art of gardening by planting tomato plants. First we started by digging and weeding the flower beds, then we filled the containers with new compost using gardening tools. The children very carefully planted the tomato plants and tried them to a stick. I think the children found watering the plants the best bit. 

Together we built a giant bridge so that we could ride our bikes under it. The children found this really exciting and were very good at navigating and moving  around the space to fit underneath. We also had to take it in turns and join the line before taking our next turn.
