This week in Pre-School we have been busy in our creative area making play dough cupcakes. The children used pipe cleaners and glitter to make cakes for the teachers. The children also had a great idea of adding outside resources to their creations and placed leaves and twigs for decoration.

Also, the children were very excited to see a snow flurry out of the window this week. We had a discussion about snow and made some beautiful snow pictures using cotton wool and snowflake glitter, which the children were very proud of. 

The children have been practising Christmas songs. We wish you a Merry Christmas and Christmas Pudding. If you would like to sing along at home, I'm sure that the children could show you the actions. 

Next week we will be reading Dinosaur Roar, a delightful story of dinosaurs of all different shapes and sizes as they chomp, munch and roar their way through the day.
