We have had another busy week in Pre School!

This week, we have been exploring pine cones and conkers at our play dough table. The children were encouraged to use describing words, and they thought the pine cones were spiky, and the conkers were shiny. They then used the natural objects in the play dough to create some wonderful designs.

The children also had the opportunity to make apple crumble, which they really enjoyed! They helped to chop the apples into small pieces before making the crumble topping using flour, sugar and butter. The children waited patiently for their turn to mix everything together and enjoyed getting involved in the whole process.

Once the apple crumble was cooked, the children were very excited to take some home to share with you. We hope you enjoyed tasting their delicious creations.

Also, to keep healthy, the children take part in our daily run. This week, we have been learning about the rules of our daily run. The children have loved doing the run, and we have been encouraging each other to keep going.
