This week in nursery, we have been enjoying the story “Where’s My Teddy?” The children have been talking about feelings and sizes, learning new vocabulary such as “gigantic” and “snuggly.” They have really enjoyed using these new words in their play and conversations!

We also learnt about Bonfire Night and discussed how people celebrate with fireworks. The children created their very own fireworks displays using nursery resources, exploring colour, texture and creativity. In addition, we carried out a fireworks experiment to discover how fireworks work, sparking lots of curiosity and excitement!
