The stand out moment of this week was the arrival of winter in the form of snow and ice.

We made sure we got out straight away and the children could experience some snow falling. They were so happy to see it falling and watch it landing on themselves and others! They have enjoyed exploring ice and wearing all their winter clothes to stay warm. 

We have been reading Supertato in school this week and it's been a very exciting choice, watch out for the evil pea in your freezers everyone! 

Thank you for all your support in practising for our upcoming performance. It's been really wonderful seeing them enjoy their roles and singing the songs. 

Next week we are continuing to use Supertato as a structure for other stories and will be checking how to count objects as part of a group in maths.
