Such a fun week in Reception this week.

The children have worked really hard this week reading and practising phonics. They have been learning composition of numbers up to 5 and we have been revisiting all about tall and short, we have been trying to work out who is the tallest in the school!

The highlight of our week was surely the visit to Bulgaria, Ukraine and Romania. We are so thankful to all the parents who made it such a special event, bringing in clothes and pictures and delicious food to make the children really feel like they experienced a tiny part of visiting your countries. Pampushky we are a big hit, lots of the children are talking about them today. They are now also very interested in flags!

Next week we will be having a new story of the week and looking at numbers beyond 5.
