In science, Year 3 have been learning about forces and this week we looked at friction. We carried out an exciting experiment using a ramp covered with different materials. The children predicted which surface would create the most friction before pushing a toy car down the ramp and observing how far it travelled. We had lots of fun investigating how different surfaces can affect the movement of objects!
