In Year 3, we have been learning about sewing and different stitches as part of our DT project to create our own wallets. We watched videos demonstrating how to use a running stitch, an over stitch and a blanket stitch, learning how each stitch can be used to join pieces of fabric together. Today, we designed and labelled our wallets, carefully considering their features and how they would look. We are looking forward to bringing our designs to life as we continue with our DT project!
