This week in Year 4 we explored Artificial Intelligence as part of Safer Internet Day. We talked about how AI does not think or react like a human and instead works by recognising patterns in large amounts of data. We also discussed the risks of AI “hallucinations,” where it can sometimes give incorrect or misleading information, and why it’s important to double-check what we read online. With this, we then used our information to create our own AI tool. 

We also enjoyed watching Who Let the Gods Out? an exciting introduction to our upcoming mythology topic — there were lots of laughs and great reactions from the class.

The children were fantastic, even after the long trek back home today. Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable half term!
