We have been reading the book 'Handa's Surprise' and exploring the animals and all the different fruit in our story. The children have had the opportunity to taste all the different fruits this week and use all their senses.

The character Handa is from South Kenya in Africa so we have been learning about African culture. Parents in Nursery have bought in items for us to look at from their homes, and we have been singing an African rhyme.
