This week in nursery, the children have been listening to the story ‘The Three Little Pigs’. They have really enjoyed retelling the story, pretending to be different characters and joining in with the repeated lines. We have also been discussing our favourite characters in the book.
While playing in the garden the children have been exploring the water area. We have been using the stands and guttering to transport the water, as well as mark making with water and paint brushes. While inside the children have enjoyed exploring the maths area. We have been sorting out the blocks, creating towers and ordering them from smallest to largest.
With the warmer weather here please can we remind all the parents to provide their children with a water bottle, hat and to apply sun cream before their child's session.
