As part of our learning in history about the Great Fire of London, Year 1 had a drama workshop from Freshwater Theatre Company. The children learned a lot about what life was like for different groups of people at the time and about what the experience of the fire itself must have been like. The teacher was highly impressed, both with the level of participation and with the level of knowledge that the children brought to the session.
