Along with the rest of the school, on Thursday 7th March, both Year 1 classes celebrated World Book Day by reading the story "Our Tower" by Joseph Coelho. Inspired by the events in this story, classes in 1MT's classroom were creating magical stones that transform our view of the world, while in 1FS we were transforming the dull grey tower blocks into something magical using wool and other resources. The children clearly enjoyed their participation in this special day. We are confident they will want to tell you all about it!
