Mindfulness and yoga

As we start swimming next week, we decided to use our only indoor PE session this term for some yoga and mindfulness. The children were able to do lots of different stretches and focused on their breathing throughout the session. We were surprised at how exhausting yoga can be. 

Thank you to all who have handed in permission slips for swimming and the Natural History Museum. Please make sure you bring it in on Monday if you have not already. Children need a towel, swimming costume and swimming hat (for long hair) every session. Thank you all for your support with our trips.
