Year 4


This week, Year 4 started their gymnastics topic in their indoor PE sessions. In this session, we worked on balancing and walking across the benches. We needed to make sure we had good posture and core strength in order to maintain our balance. We then performed different jumps off the bench and landed safely with our knees bent. We look forward to learning more tricks as the weeks go on and coming up with a gym routine with our partner.
