Year 6

Goodbye year 6!

This week we have had our final lessons together at King's Oak. In science, we have learnt about legal and illegal drugs and their effects socially as well as physically. In PSHE, we have discussed our fears, ambitions and hopes for secondary school. In topic, we have compared Early Islamic civilisation with Anglo-Saxon Britain. In guided reading and English we have finished reading The Hunger Games. In our last maths lesson, we played number games involving dice.

We hope that all the children have enjoyed their time at King's Oak, and we will miss them. We wish them all the best for the future.
